Candice has been a popular American actress who rose to stardom playing Caroline Forbes on the popular CW show The Vampire Diaries. Although Candice achieved fame for her acting skills, she made her mark as a musician. The album she released her debut, Always the Innocent People in United States, was released in 2009 It was her twelve out of fourteen tracks that she wrote. She was simultaneously working on her acting and being a guest on two TV shows, including How I Met Your Mother. Even though she enjoyed a long-lasting professional career, her biggest break came only with The Vampire Diaries. The show instantly made her an household name. Candice King was lauded her for her outstanding acting skills and performance. She reprised the role throughout the eight seasons of 171 episodes. She was also seen playing her part in recurring roles on The spin-off show The Originals in 2018 and Legacies in 2021.
